For A Successful Career Change
Making a successful change to your job or career is about much more than just finding “the next job” or the right job.
It is about having tools to keep the momentum going…
It is about getting your MINDSET right so you make a successful and durable change.

This is about you, your values, your why.
It is about how to deal with your fears, procrastination and stress.
It is about seeing possibilities that escape you.
And it is about planning.
The coaching I have been taught is not just a simple “call a friend” type service, it is a combination of live coaching and “homework”.
The Career Change workbook will provide you with comprehensive step by step process; clear, small though logical and thorough steps; some theory and many self reflection exercises; tools you can refer to long after finishing your coaching.
The live sessions are used to deal with anything you want, from issues and goals identified in your preliminary assessment, our sessions, the workbook or the unit work; actions from your coaching sessions; something you are really struggling to deal with at present.
The more you work between coaching sessions, the more you will benefit from these sessions.
As with all the coaching sessions I run,
the sessions will:
- Give you independent feedback
- Be without judgment
- Keep you motivated
- Keep you accountable
- Challenge you
- Be a collaborative process
- Help you find the blockages you can’t
- Act as a sounding board
- Support you to take immediate action
- Celebrate your achievements
- Empower you to create your own success
- Remind you of your true potential
- Support you when you doubt yourself

- Prior to making a booking and to make sure you get the most out of your session, you will be asked to fill in this preliminary assessment
- Prior to the first session you will also be asked to complete the following personality profile which you will then forward to me
Suggested Timeframe
Depending on where you are at and what your priorities are, we will decide together the sessions frequency.
Ideally, you would want to plan to have your coaching sessions not too far apart, so you do not loose your momentum whilst keeping in mind that you will need to plan for time to work on the workbook.
As a guideline, the sessions should be every 1 to 3 weeks.
